Official who oversaw ballots in 2008 race says hospital birth certificate non-existent

A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.

“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”
Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [forObama].”
At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.
“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”
To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.

WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.
“His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,” said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the city and county of Honolulu.
Takahashi also confirmed Adams’ time frame at the office from spring until the month of August.
“We hire temporary workers, because we’re seasonal,” he said.

However, when WND asked Takahashi if the elections office could check on birth records, he said, “We don’t have access to that kind of records. [There's] no access to birth records.”
Adams responded, “They may say, ‘We don’t have access to that.’ The regular workers don’t, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do. I was the one overseeing the work of the people doing the balloting.”
Adams stressed, “In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.”
The White House has maintained a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, or COLB, is proof enough of Obama’s Hawaiian birth, even though it has no hospital or doctor’s name on it. Such documents differ from a Certificate of Live Birth which includes those details. In response to a direct question from WND, the Hawaii Department of Health refused to authenticate either of the two versions of Obama’s short-form COLB, posted online – neither the image produced by the Obama campaign nor the images released by FactCheck.org.

“Anyone can get that [COLB],” said Adams. “They are normally given if you give birth at home or while traveling overseas. We have a lot of Asian population [inHawaii]. It’s quite common for people to come back and get that.”
When WND mentioned there were announcements of Obama’s birth published in Hawaiian newspapers, Adams noted, “I’m sure the [maternal] grandparents were happy to put that in the paper when he got born.”
But Adams says that doesn’t necessarily mean he was actually born in Hawaii. While he’s not 100 percent sure of Obama’s true birthplace, he does think Kenya is a possibility, since his paternal grandmother stated that before allegedly being silenced by other family members.

Last month, as WND reported, Hawaii’s Republican Gov. Linda Lingle reignited Obama’s origin on a New York radio show.
“It’s been an odd situation,” Lingle said. “This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country.
“So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital inHonolulu, Hawaii . And that’s just a fact and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think it’s again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this.”
Although the governor now claims she issued a news release stating Kapi’olani is Obama’s birthplace, the actual release said no such thing, making no reference to Kapi’olani nor any other specific location of Obama’s birth.
WND asked Adams why the governor would make such assertions if a Hawaiian hospital-generated birth certificate did not exist.
“Why would they say they’ve seen it and not produce it? I don’t know,” he said. “If they said they’ve seen the document, then why not produce the document? There’s no need to put themselves out like that. I can’t even begin to think why they did that except for some kind of political expediency. I’m too far down the totem pole [to know].”
While Adams, who noted he spent nearly 10 years in the islands and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii, says he’s certain Obama was not born there, he also does think the president is indeed a U.S. citizen, since his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham was an American.
He says he merely would like to see the truth come out and have the controversy over natural-born citizenship and presidential eligibility resolved once and for all.
“It’s come to the point where it’s a monster, and it’s time to kill it,” Adams said. “Solve the problem so that everyone can get back to cooperating to improve the country. People have lost sight that we’re trying to make the country a better place.”
He also feels some empathy for Obama, foreseeing what the president would potentially experience based on confirmation of his claims.
“You don’t have to like President Obama,” he said, “but it is sad that he’s going to have to go through this public pillory by the time this all comes out, that they did cover this up; and that’s sad because the first African-American man to become president shouldn’t have this blight on his term in office. That’s what he’ll get remembered for. It’s sad.”
Adams says he’s been telling other people his information for a long time, and he’s free to talk about it publicly since he no longer has any confidentiality restrictions from his former employer, theHonolulu government. People started to pay attention this week after he was briefly interviewed by James Edwards, host of a weekly radio show on WLRM Radio in Memphis, Tenn.
As WND reported last July, the Kapi’olani Medical Center trumpeted – then later concealed – a letter allegedly written by President Obama in which he ostensibly declares his birth at the facility.

“As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi’olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters,” Obama purportedly wrote.

But the authenticity of that letter remains in doubt. Since WND raised questions about the veracity of the letter itself and its content, the White House has refused to say if the message is real and if its text originated with the president.
When WND correspondent Les Kinsolving asked Press Secretary Robert Gibbs about the letter at the July 13 news briefing, Gibbs dodged the question, refusing to confirm its authenticity while belittling Kinsolving for even posing the question.

“Do all of your listeners and the listeners throughout this country the service to which any journalist owes those listeners, and that is the pursuit of the noble truth,” Gibbs lectured Kinsolving. “And the noble truth is that the president was born in Hawaii, a state of the United States of America.”
Since the medical center used the letter for a high-profile fundraising campaign in the Spring 2009 edition of its Inspire Magazine, the FBI and United States Secret Service said the matter could potentially lead to criminal prosecution were the letter determined to be fraudulent.
“It would be a charity-fraud scheme,” said FBI spokesman Steve Kodak. “It would be investigated by us or the Secret Service. We both have jurisdiction over that.”
WND also revealed the discovery by private investigators who say Obama is mysteriously using a Social Security Number that was issued in Connecticut, despite having worked in Hawaii as a teen and there being no mention of him living in Connecticut.
Meanwhile, Hawaii continues to get requests for release of Obama’s hospital-generated birth certificate, leading state lawmakers to take action.
They passed a bill in April allowing any Hawaii department to ignore repeated inquiries for information from the same person, if the department already has responded within a year. Gov. Lingle signed it into law shortly after WND’s report about her declaration on radio that Obama was born at Kapi’olani.

NEW YORK – Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.
In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama’s earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.
WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.
The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.
The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.
“Since 1973, Social Security numbers have been issued by our central office,” the Social Security website explains. “The first three (3) digits of a person’s social security number are determined by the ZIP code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number.”
The question is being raised amid speculation about the president’s history fueled by an extraordinary lack of public documentation. Along with his original birth certificate, Obama also has not released educational records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from his service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption papers.
Robert Siciliano, president and CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a nationally recognized expert on identity theft, agrees the Social Security number should be questioned.
“I know Social Security numbers have been issued to people in states where they don’t live, but there’s usually a good reason the person applied for a SocialSecurity number in a different state,” Siciliano told WND.
WND asked Siciliano whether he thought the question was one the White House should answer.
“Yes,” he replied. “In the case of President Obama, I really don’t know what the good reason would be that he has a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when we know he was a resident of Hawaii.”
Siciliano is a frequent expert guest on identify theft on cable television networks, including CNN, CNBC and the Fox News Channel.
Daniels and Sampson each used a different database showing Obama is using a Social Security number beginning with 042.
WND has further confirmed that the Social Security number in question links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service System. Inserting the Social Security number, his birth date and his last name produces a valid Selective Service number.
To verify the number was issued by the Social Security Administration for applicants in Connecticut, Daniels used a Social Security number verification database. She found that the numbers immediately before and immediately after Obama’s were issued to Connecticut applicants between the years 1977 and 1979.
“There is obviously a case of fraud going on here,” Daniels maintained. “In 15 years of having a private investigator’s license in Ohio, I’ve never seen the SocialSecurity Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly.”
Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers?
“Never,” Daniels said. “It’s against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security number issued.”
Daniels said she is “staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama’s use of this Social Security number is fraudulent.”
There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama ever lived inConnecticut.
Nor is there any suggestion in Obama’s autobiography, “Dreams from My Father,” that he ever had a Connecticut address.
Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited Connecticut during his high-school years.
Sampson’s affidavit specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, “it is my knowledge and belief that SocialSecurity numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence.”
Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977.
“I doubt this is President Obama’s originally issued Social Security number,” she told WND. “Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a SocialSecurity number in Hawaii.”
The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu. USA Today reported the ice-cream shop still was in operation one year after Obama’s inauguration.
Politifact.com, a website typically supportive of Obama, claims he worked at the Baskin-Robbins in 1975 or 1976, prior to the issuance of the number in question.
“It is a crime to use more than one Social Security number, and Barack Obama had to have a previous Social Security number to have worked at Baskin-Robbins,” she insisted. “Under current law, a person is not permitted to use more than one SocialSecurity number in a lifetime.”
Another anomaly in the law enforcement databases searched by Daniels and Sampson is that the date 1890 shows up in the field indicating the birth of the number holder, along with Obama’s birth date of 08/04/1961. A third date listed is 04/08/1961, which appears to be a transposition of Obama’s birth date in an international format, with the day before the month.
Daniels disclosed to WND the name of the database she searched and produced a computer screen copy of the page that listed 1890 as a date associated with the 042 SocialSecurity number.
Daniels said she can’t be sure if the 1890 figure has any significance. But she said it appears the number Obama is using was previously issued by the SocialSecurity Administration.
After an extensive check of the proprietary databases she uses as a licensed private investigator, Daniels determined that the first occurrence of Obama’s association with the number was in 1986 in Chicago.
Daniels assumes, but cannot prove, that Obama took on a previously issued Social Security number that had gone dormant due to the death of the original holder.
Daniels has been a licensed private investigator in Ohio since 1995. Sampson formed his private investigations firm, CSI Consulting and Investigations, in 2008. He previously worked as a deportations law enforcement officer with the U.S. Department of HomelandSecurity.
The Daniels and Sampson affidavits were originally recorded by attorney Orly Taitz in an eligibility case against Obama last year.

On page 31 in the transcribed text of the March 25, 2010 session of the Kenyan Parliament, there is a brief statement by the Kenyan Minister for Lands (Mr. Orengo). What Mr. Orengo says is nothing short of a bombshell, and yet not a mention has been made anywhere in the mainstream media. I think, for obvious reasons.
Here is the text of the salient portion:
“In the colonial days, these things were being done on the ground and they could give bursaries and build roads. I commend devolution. Those who fear devolution are living in the past. They are being guided by their ethnic consideration and objectives. They are living in the past. If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion.”
Here is the text of a rather important portion of our Constitution:
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
This is the definition of the legal term “reasonable doubt”:
“The level of certainty a juror must have to find a defendant guilty of a crime. A real doubt, based upon reason and common sense after careful and impartial consideration of all the evidence, or lack of evidence, in a case.
Proof beyond a reasonable doubt, therefore, is proof of such a convincing character that you would be willing to rely and act upon it without hesitation in the most important of your own affairs. However, it does not mean an absolute certainty.”
Since the first report of Barack Hussein Obama’s doubtful heritage surfaced, those citizens brave enough to swim upstream have been ridiculed, defamed, derided and denounced, and not just by uberliberals such as those infesting the halls of MSNBC, but by members of their own political demographic. It seems that, just like every other aspect of our constitution they find inconvenient, those who are comfortable with the status quo are quite happy to ignore this one as well.
Well, the law of our land is not intended to ensure you comfort, nor is it intended to allow you to set aside those clauses you find inconvenient. Based on the constitutional requirements and the definition of reasonable doubt, it seems to me that at the very least a congressional inquiry into our sitting President’s birth record should be instigated. Can anyone say that this is an unreasonable opinion? And, if so, why?
Consider NPR, National Public Radio, not a common hotbed of conservative opinion. NPR reported Obama’s birthplace as Kenya, not Hawaii. During the presidential campaign, Michelle Obama, one who should know where her husband was born, listed Kenya as Obama’s birthplace. She did this while addressing a group of, shall we say, differently-oriented reproductive types. No less a personage than the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S. confirmed Mrs. Obama’s assertion, using the phrase that Barack Hussein Obama’s origins in Kenyan were “well-known”. This was backed up by the Kenyan Parliament on the day after the 2008 election. On November 5, 2008, the Kenyan Parliament refers to Obama as a “son of the soil”.
That phrase may mean little in U.S. English, but in African culture it means a lot. It is not at all like someone celebrating an ancestral heritage. No, it means that the current sitting American President is a Native Kenyan, not American. So what do we do?
The first thing we do is stop calling those fellow conservatives who express concern over Obama’s shady background “birthers”. In order to act seriously, we have to be taken seriously. We have to stop allowing the snide comments of liberals to pass by unchallenged. The mushy-brained who believe anything the socialist left puts out find it very comfortable to put down conservative thought as being somewhat Neanderthal. We have to ramp up our own ridicule of their lack of intellect. Liberal Thinking needs to be roundly advertised as the supreme oxymoron. Tina Fey needs to be put up as the poster girl for the bubble-brained. Every time a typo shows up in a newspaper or on the text line of a news broadcast, send them a correction along with a suggestion that they learn to use a dictionary. Every time some empty-head liberal on TV makes a mistake, no matter how small, let them know.
Why all of this? Because liberals are the thinnest-skinned species in the universe. There is no more intolerant, abusive, biased form of life around than the “smugly confident in their own ignorance” liberal. They are incapable of taking common sense advice and acting upon it. They typify the textbook definition of insanity by consistently doing the same erroneous action repeatedly while expecting a different result each time. And, the only way we are going to get any response on our demand for an investigation into Barack Hussein Obama’s birth circumstance is by forcing the issue. It only takes one liberal to get Congress to act against a conservative. For us, this will be like a salmon attempting to swim upstream at Niagara Falls. It is going to take the same sort of concerted effort the left has put into their attempt to marginalize Sarah Palin, and based on the lack of interest from on-air talent such as Hannity, Beck, Ingraham, Limbaugh, Doyle and yes, even Savage, I don’t see an easy start.
If you think back to when this all started, it was during the early stages of the Presidential campaign after the primaries. Obama’s uncertain parentage had come up, but so had the manufactured controversy over Palin’s disabled child, and now I know why. The Palins were quick to show more than enough documented proof as to who were the recorded parents of Trig Palin, but not so much for the Obama’s. Nevada’s own Republican Senator John Ensign was more forthcoming in his responses to demands for documentation and even then the press went into full attack mode. Where the Obamas were concerned, it was more like, “Well…we can see you’re busy. Whenever you get around to it just let us know. No, no, we’ll let ourselves out. Sorry to bother you.” Does anyone else see a dichotomy here?
It seems to me that the assertions by the Kenyan Parliament are more than serious enough to warrant action. This is not a group of semi-literate people gathered around a tribal compound deciding whether or not to learn how to make fire. Read the text of their deliberations. In many ways they are more cordial and more considering than those men who founded our own country. I cannot accept the suggestion that this statement of fact was anything other than just that.
Based on the evidence, his own family admission and the recorded statements of reasonable men and the requirements of the Constitution of the United States.
Barack Hussein Obama is not qualified to be the U.S. President.
This is just more to show our Congress cares little about the Constitution.
